Peak & Haul grew out of years spent on the wet, dirty side of the trade — water restoration work in Utah homes. On job after job the same gap showed up: the drying crew arrives fast, but nobody wants to deal with the contents. Boxes sit. Furniture sits. The homeowner waits.

So that gap became the business. We pack out contents properly — photographed, inventoried and labeled the way adjusters want it — store them while the structure dries, bring them back when the rebuild is done, and haul off everything that didn't survive. When the job calls for it, we handle the interior tear-out too, so demo and debris leave in the same visit.

The other half of the work is simpler: garages, basements, estates, rentals and construction debris. Same crew, same standard. Floors protected, everything donated or recycled where we can, space swept before we pull away.

No call center, no bait pricing, no "we'll get back to you." You get a real crew, a flat number before we start, and a property left cleaner than we found it.
