Who we are

Peak & Haul LLC ("Peak & Haul," "we," "us") is a Utah-based packout, contents storage, light demolition, and junk removal company serving the Wasatch Front. Questions about this policy go to dispatch@peakandhaul.com or (801) 448-7159.

Information we collect

• Contact and job details you give us: name, phone, email, service address, description of the work, photos of the space, insurance carrier and claim number when a packout is billed to a claim.
• Reviews and uploaded photos you submit on our reviews page, including the display name and star rating you choose.
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically — IP address, device and browser type, pages visited — used to keep the site working and to spot abuse.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, and we do not take card numbers through this website.

How we use it

• To quote, schedule, perform, and invoice your job.
• To text or call you about arrival windows, crew status, and storage inventory.
• To coordinate with your insurance carrier, adjuster, or restoration contractor when you ask us to.
• To publish reviews and photos you voluntarily submit for that purpose.
• To meet Utah tax, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations.

Text messages and calls

When you give us your number you agree we may call or text you about your job, including scheduling and quotes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further messages; we may still contact you by phone or email about active work.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed, and only with: your insurance carrier or adjuster at your direction; subcontractors or storage partners assigned to your job; service providers who host this website, store photos, and process payments; and government or legal authorities when the law requires it. We never sell or rent your information.

Photos of your property

We photograph contents and job sites to document condition, inventory, and completion. These records support your claim and protect both of us in a dispute. We may use before-and-after job photos in marketing only when nothing identifying — address numbers, faces, documents, personal items in close-up — is visible, or when you give permission. Ask us in writing and we will exclude your job entirely.

Retention

Job files, inventories, and photo documentation are kept for at least four years to cover claim disputes and Utah recordkeeping requirements. Reviews stay published until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

Email dispatch@peakandhaul.com to see what we have on you, correct it, remove a review or photo, or ask us to delete records we are not legally required to keep. We respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version.
